DEREK FALLON
PRESIDENT
Derek Fallon serves as the Owner and President of Heck Air. His background is in general aviation flight operations, fleet management, and aircraft parts procurement. Derek believes in operating an aviation business where safety, honesty, and integrity come first. He currently owns and operates three aviation businesses and serves as a Senior Demonstration Pilot for Embraer, a Cirrus Standardized Instructor Pilot, and Chief Flight Instructor for Melbourne Flight Training.

Anna Turner
Maintenance Coordinator /
A&P Technician
Anna serves as the Fleet Coordinator and A&P. Anna has more than 21 years progressive maintenance experience in many capacities. In her 21 years she has worked on variety of aircraft in general, military, corporate, and commercial aviation. As an Aero Club manager, she was responsible for the day to day operation of the club to include coordinating and participating in the maintenance of the club’s four Cessna aircraft. As a military contractor she was assigned to the CH-47 team and worked both the CH-47 and UH-60 on the Army’s reset program. As an employee of KLM, she worked heavy maintenance on both narrow and wide body aircraft in the Netherlands. She is fully type trained on all Bombardier Challenger and Global series jets. She spent six years in both the maintenance and finance departments at their European Maintenance Facility. With an Economics degree and an A&P, she has a unique understanding of all facets of aviation maintenance.
